  • The problem of strain gauge application on the composite material emanates from typical properties of this material. The aim of this work is to analyse the effect of localised heating on the true strain value in the structure. For testing of material, component and full structures we need to apply real service loading in the laboratory condition. From this point of view to be need considered load as simplified and it is implementing to the structure. Self-implementation of load and structure attached must be respect of product physical property. Mechanical joints and especially drilled holes are typical for damage load-bearing composite material system. On this account must be load transfer trough adhesive joints. The comparison between FEA shell or solid calculation and results of test composite part was including.

  • Problematika aplikace tenzometrických snímačů na kompozitní materiály vyplývá ze specifických vlastností těchto matriálů. V příspěvku jsou analyzovány vlivy jako teplotní ohřev od tenzometrických snímačů a vliv zavedení zatížení do zkušebních těles z kompozitních materiálů. Výsledky měření jsou porovnány s MKP výpočty s vlivem matematických okrajových podmínek 2D a 3D modelů kompozitních materiálů. (cs)
