  • Pro zkoušky materiálů, součástí a konstrukčních celků je nutné simulovat reálné provozní podmínky v laboratoři. Z hlediska zatížení je nutné reálné spojité zatížení diskretizovat na zkušební kus tak aby byly zachovány původní fyzikální podmínky. Problematiky zatěžování kompozitních konstrukcí vyplývá z typických vlastností těchto materiálů. Mechanické spoje a speciálně vrtání je hlavním iniciátorem poškození těchto materiálů. Z tohoto důvodu je nutné pro přenos zatížení aplikovat adhezní spoje - lepení.V práci je provedeno porovnání MKP analýz s výsledky měření. (cs)
  • For testing of material, component and full structures we need to apply real service loading in the laboratory condition. From this point of view load needs to be considered as simplified and it is implementing to the structure. Self-implementation of load and structure attached must be respect of product physical property. The problems of load application on the composite material emanates from typical properties of this material. Mechanical joints and especially drilled holes are typical for damage load-bearing composite material system. On this account must be load transfer trough adhesive joints. The aim of this work is comparison between FEA shell or solid calculation and results of test composite part.
