| - Znalosti lidí můžeme rozdělit na explicitní a tacitní. Explicitní znalosti mohou být vyjádřeny a formalizovány. Jsou zaznamenány a dostupné. Mohou být uloženy v databázích, na intranetu nebo mohou být součástí intelektuálního kapitálu. Tacitní znalosti existují v mysli lidí. Není snadné je formalizovat, často je to dokonce nemožné. Jsou získávány prostřednictvím zkušeností. (cs)
