  • Company MT Prostějov cooperates with VŠB-TU Ostrava on designing and development of microtunnelling machines. The company applied for development and design of a microtunnelling machine DN 1200 with tunnel shield and excavator. This system is appropriate for application in congested city agglomeration because it is able to detect an unexpected obstacle (sewers, underground lines, power-transmission lines etc.) and don?t damage them. The design of the microtunnelling system was aided by CAD system Pro/ENGINEER. In this CAD system was created virtual model for kinematic and dynamic analyses.

  • VŠB-TU Ostrava spolupracuje s firmou MT Prostějov při konstrukci a vývoji mikrotunelovacích zařízení. Jedním z požadavků této firmy byl vývoj a konstrukční řešení mikrotunelovacího zařízení DN 1200 s razícím štítem a bagrem. Toto zařízení je velmi vhodné do městských aglomerací, protože je schopné zaregistrovat překážky (energovody, kanalizace, kabelové vedení atd.) a následně je nepoškodit. Návrh systému byl proveden s využitím CAD systému Pro/ENGINEER. V prostředí tohoto CAD systému byl vytvořen virtuální model pro kinematické a dynamické analýzy. (cs)
