Description
  • In this work we report on preparation of the nitrogen doped (resulting in shift of the absorption edge to the visible region) anatase crystallographic structure of TiO2 via low temperature low pressure double hollow cathodes plasma jets system (cold deposition). The main topic treated in this contribution is the effect of RF power on the formation of the crystal phase and the photo-induced properties of the layers. It can be clearly identified a certain correlation between photocurrents and photocatalytic measurements (e.g. the highest value of photocurrent and the best photocatalytic activity).
