Description	Zbytky perlooček byly analyzovány v 543 cm dlouhém vzorku sedimentu z Plešného jezera na Šumavě. Tento sediment pokrývá období 11600 let od konce posledního zalednění až po současnost. Nejvýznamnější změny ve fauně perlooček nastaly 10500 let BP a vyvrcholily cca 10300 let BP s rozvojem lesa v povodí. Současné ochuzení fauny perlooček bylo způsobeno kyselou depozicí ve 20. století. (cs) A sediment record of cladoceran remains was analysed in a 543 cm long core from Plešné Lake, covering the time period from the Oldest Dryas to the present (11,600-yr period). The most important change in cladoceran fauna occurred at 10.5 kyr BP and culminated with forestation of the catchment around 10.3 kyr BP. The recent impoverishment of aquatic fauna was caused by acid deposition in the 20th century.
