  • Artificial stripping of non-autochtony American kind of the carp-type fish large mouth buffalo was carried out in a small group of fish at 21.4 #0.1 °C. The first (control) group of female fish was given intramusculary two separate doses of whole carp pituitary homogenate (0.3 and 2.7 mg.kg-1) in physiological solution and 100% ovulation was achieved (n=3). The second group was given supernatant of aqueous pituitary extract (in doses corresponding to the unpurified pituitary) and the ovulation was also 100% sucessful (n=3). The thirt group was given a GnRH analog ([D-Ala6,ProNHEt9]GnRH) (10ug kg-1) in physiological solution together with dopaminergic inhibitor Isofloxythepin (1 mg.kg-1) dissolved in 1% bovine albumin solution. Ovulation ocurrredonly in two of the four female fish injected.   • Umělý výtěr u nás nepůvodního, amerického druhu kaprovité ryby bufalo velkoústý byl proveden při teplotě vody 24 °C u malé skupiny ryb. U první (kontrolní skupiny) jikernaček, ijikovaných intramuskulárně dvěma dílčími dávkami kapří hypofýzy (0,3 + 2,7 mg.kg-1) ve fyziologickém roztoku bylo dosaženo 100 % úspěšnosti ovulace (n=3). U druhé skupiny při jednorázovém podání supernatantu kapří hypofýzy (v dávce odpovídající výše uvedené) bylo dosaženo rovněž 100 % ovulace (n=3). Třetí skupině byl podán analog GnRH ([D-Ala6,ProNHEt9]GnRH) (10ug kg-1) ve fyziologickém roztoku a dopaminergní inhybitor Isofloxythepin (1 mg.kg-1) rozpuštěný v 1 % bovinním albuminu. Ovulace bylo dosaženo pouze u jedné ze dvou injikovaných jikernaček. Relativní hmotnost vytřených jiker se u jednotlivých skupin pohybovala v rozpětí 7,30 # 5,41 až°10,92 # 3,15 %. Průměrná hmotnost jedné nenabobtnalé jikry byla 1,3 mg. Časový interval od injikace do ovulace dosahoval u prvních dvou skupin 13,2 # 3 h°, resp. 14,4 # 0,1 h (tj. 283 # (cs)
