  • The paper deals with the definition of the public support and the determination of general characteristics institute particularly in terms of the decision-making practice of the Court of Justice and the Commission. Furthermore, this partial research analyses the characteristics, i.e., %22the provision of implementation by the State or through State resources,%22 %22the firm, favouring of a particular business or industry%22, %22distortion of competition%22 and %22the effect on trade between EU Member States%22. It also states a system of exceptions where it is possible to provide public support.
