Description	During testing of extensive software projects, strategic decisions related to test plan have been made. Such decisions have to be done often in time pressure without sufficient analysis, regarding the consequences of the decision in terms of plan and efficiency of testing. To support test managers in such situations, we propose a simulation of planned test process before its real run, allowing also monitoring and evaluation of running testing process. The simulation is disclosing hidden rules, consequences and bottlenecks in the particular testing process and brings more information for managerial decisions during the project.
