  • Dva typy uhlíkových nanostruktur a to uhlíkové nanotrubky(CNTs) a krystalické diamantové vrstvy byly studovány skenovací elektronovou mikroskopií s vysokým rozlišením. Oba typy struktur byly připraveny pomocí metody PECVD v mikrovlnném výboji. Analýza nanotrubek probíhala při vysokém rozlišení v módu SEI, kde nebyly pozorovány žádné efekty nabíjení. (cs)

Both forms of carbon were prepared by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) in microwave discharges.SEM observation of nanotubes were made by the high performance field emission SEM using SEI mode electron images. No charging effects were observed.
