| - The main object of the project is to evaluate an occurrence of pollen beetles´ resistance to insecticides in the Czech Republic for the State Phytosanitary Administration needs. On the base of large sampling activities the MELIAE subpopulations coming from all regions of the Czech republic will be tested on susceptibility to chosen pyrethroids (taufluvalinate, byfenthrin, cypermethrin), neonicotinoids (thiacloprid, acetamiprid), organophosphates (chlorpyrifos, pirimiphos-methyl) and to some new perspective active ingredients (pymetrozine, indoxacarb, spinosyny) to be stated baseline sensitivities to the insecticides, significant shifts in susceptibilities to the insecticides and differences in susceptibilities to the insecticides in the various regions of the Czech Republic. The main receiver of the results of the project will be the State Phytosanitary Administration of the Czech Republic in order to be able more quickly and more precisely adjust its recommedations and regulations related primarily (en)
- Cílem projektu je monitoring výskytu a vývoje rezistence blýskáčků vůči insekticidům pro potřeby státní správy. Na základě rozsáhlé sběrové aktivity budou otestovány vzorky populací M. aenus (MELIAE) ze všech regionů ČR na citlivost vůči vybraným pyretroidům (taufluvalinate, byfenthrin, cypermethrin), neonikotinoidům (thiacloprid, acetamiprid), organofosfátům (chlorpyrifos, pirimiphos-methyl) a některým novým perspektivním insekticidům (pymetrozine, indoxacarb, spinosyny) za účelem stanovení výchozí citlivosti, signifikantních citlivostních posunů a rozdílů v citlivostech vůči těmto insekticidům mezi MELIAE v jednotlivých regionech ČR. Odběratelem výsledků bude především Státní rostlinolékařská správa, která na jejich základě bude moci upřesňovat a aktualizovat nařízení (příp. doporučení) směřující ke zvýšení účinnosti zásad antirezistentní strategie. Bude též stanoven vliv přítomnosti dalších druhů rodu Meligethes ve sběrech na výsledky testů citlivosti a jejich poměrné zastoupení ve sběrech.
