Description
  • The aim of the project is a search for the optimal processing procedures in handling with postharvest remnants produced by manufacturing of grapes in winemaking industry in order to gain products with a high biological activity. These products will be consequently utilized as the farm animal fodder additives with intention to increase the welfare level of the farmed animals, to improve the quality of produced meat and eggs, and to restrict the production of greenhouse gases.
