Description
  • Sustainable bio-technologies against forest regeneration decline and soil erosion in North-Eastern Bohemia causes the reduction of natural forest regeneration. The aims of project are following: 1) to characterize status and conditions for natural regeneration of Norway spruce forest ecosystems in the Krkonose Mts.; 2) to determine stress factors, responsible for deteriorating natural forest regeneration; 3) to determine the role of global environmental change on this disturbance; 4) to compare selected microbial parameters (mostly ectomycorrhizal development) by the plots with different rate of natural regeneration; 5) to propose and verify biotechnologic methods to promote natural regeneration and rooting of spruce cuttings using ectomycorrhizal fungi.   • Cílem projektu je: 1) charakterizovat stav a podmínky pro přirozenou obnovu horských smrkových ekosystémů v Krkonoších; 2] navrhnout a ověřit biotechnologické postupy (na bázi mykorhizních hub) pro zvýšení úspěšnosti přirozené a umělé obnovy.
