Description
  • Principal aim of the project is a development of the mobile robotic device that is capable of automatic welding of the crane rail guide. In order to apply durable ovelays on the wear out rail, it is neccessary to develope welding parameters very specific to the particular application. Automatic mobile device will apply new material alongside of the rail. In order to develope the welding parameters in most effective manner the statistical model of the welding process is going to be created. Simulation could be run on the model. It will minimize number of the welding experiments and help to find the best welding parameters. The new technology will revolutionize the repair of the crane rail guide. Instead of time consuming rail disassembly in dangerous condition under the roof the rail will be renovated without presence of human welder.   • Cílem programového projektu je vývoj autonomního mobilního robotického zařízení pro komplexní řešení renovace jeřábových drah navařováním. Za tímto účelem bude pro optimalizaci svařovacích parametrů proveden výzkum technologie navařování pod tavidlem.

  • V rámci projektu OE09018 DECRAROB byl úspěšně vyvinut a odzkoušen prototyp mobilního robotického zařízení pro renovaci jeřábových drah. Zařízení je schopno po zjištění a zadání opotřebení jeřábové kolejnice na poškozená místa navařit pod tavidlem bez předehřevu nový materiál a ten potom zabrousit do tvaru dle kolejnicových specifikací. Zařízení opracuje automaticky s minimálními zásahy obsluhy. (cs)
  • The project OE09018 DECRAROB was finished according to plan. The prototype of mobile robotic device for renovation of cranes rails was successfully tested. The device is able after the input of weaqr data to repair damaged areas by submerged arc welding without preheating and then grind it to shape the rail according to specifications. Device works automatically with min. manual intervention. (en)
