Description	Na základě zpracování naměřených dat definovat pomocí nově vytvořeného modelu vztah mezi fenologickými fázemi, počasím a dynamikou CO2 mezi biosférou a atmosférou na Mezinárodní fenologické zahrádce v Doksanech. The general objective of this project is to analyze the relationship between biosphere-atmosphere CO2 exchange and phenological canopy status or greenness of the International Phenological Garden in Doksany observatory (50°27’30%22 N, 14°10’13%22 E, 158 a.s.l). Canopy greenness is quantified using two different approaches: from digital webcam images, using indices derived from red, green and blue (RGB) color channel brightness and with satellite remote sensing (e.g. NDVI). The project is based on a field micrometeorological measurements, phenological observations, CO2 exchange measurements. Prominent part of the project is homogenization and improvement of the existing algorithms for processing digital imagery. (en)

Silný vztah byl nalezen mezi GSI a normalizovaným diferenčním vegetačním indexem (NDVI) a GSI a čistou ekosystémovou výměnou uhlíku{NEE). (cs) We tested the relationships between the Growing season index (GSI) and vegetation indices computed from continuous spectroradiometric measurements and between the iGSIo and C02 fluxes observed with the eddy covariance technique. A strong relationship was found between the iGSlo and (i) the Normalised Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) and (ii) the net ecosystem carbon exchange (NEE). (en)
