Description
  • The occurrence of thermophilic strains of Campylobacter spp. will be monitored. The strains of Campylobacter spp. will received at slaugter from slaughtered pigs and poultry.Isolated strains will subtyped by using molecular methods (PCR, RFLP). Results will compared with reselts of subpyting of human strains of thermophilic Campylobacter spp. (en)
  • Bude prováděno monitorování výskytu termofilních druhů Campylobacter sp. u porážených prasat a drůbeže v prostředí porážek.Získané kmeny budou typizovány pomocí molekulárníczh metod (PCR, RFLP) a výsledky budou porovnávány s typizací termofilních kmenů Campylobacter sp. izolovaných od lidí.
