Fusarium culmorum is a dominant pathogen of winter wheat in the Czech republic. This pahogen lowers yield of crop and produces toxins under certain conditions. Methods based on technology of polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies and recombinant DNA will be used for the detection of the pathogen in plant material. (en)
