Description
  • The project deals with nanoclusters in Al-Cu based alloys. The kinetics of cluster evolution will be studied by means of positron annihilation spectroscopy. The influence of vacancies and alloying elements on this process will also be examined.Alloying atoms and vacancies will be also investigated theoretically and their positron characteristics will be calculated and compared with experimental data.   • Projekt se zabýva studiem nanoklastrů ve slitinách na bázi Al-Cu. Pomocí metodiky pozitronové anihilační spektroskopie bude studována kinetika vzniku nanoklastrů a vliv vakancí a příměsových prvků na tento proces.Příměsové atomy a vakance budou studovány také teoreticky, přičemž pro ně budou vypočteny potřebné pozitronové vlastnosti, které budou porovnonány s naměřenými daty.
