Description
  • I. Project is aimed at isolation of stem cells from the dental pulp, their cultivation and characterization of their biological properties. II. For in vitro expansion of these stem cells we plan to use the method of cultivation of human mesenchymal bone marrow stem cells. III. Dissociation of the dental pulp will be performed in two steps, which should permit to separate two subpopulations of stem cells from two different compartments of the dental pulp (perivascular and subodontoblastic compartments).   • I. Předmětem řešení projektu je izolace kmenových buněk ze zubní pulpy, jejich kultivace a charakteristika biologických vlastností. II. K in vitro expanzi těchto kmenových buněk použijeme metodiku kultivace lidských kmenových buněk kostní dřeně. III. Plánovanou disociací zubní pulpy ve 2 krocích oddělíme 2 subpopulace kmenových buněk zubní pulpy z odlišných kompartmentů (perivaskulární a subodontoblastický kompartment).

  • Výsledky řešení grantu ukazují, že kmenové buňky zubní pulpy mají antigenní profil mezenchymové kmenové buňky a neurálních kmenových buněk. Byl prokázán též jejich široký diferenciační potenciál. (cs)
  • The results presented evidence that dental pulp stem cells share simultaneously the antigenic profile of mesenchymal and neural stem cells. They have also wide differentiation capacities. (en)
