Description	The project deals with the treatment of,in our region, fatal disease - disseminated malignant tumor spread in peritoneal cavity , mainly pseudomyxoma peritonei and carcinomatosis of various origin. According to foreing experiences and papers there is a chance to improve the results of treatment by means of combination of the radical surgical cytoreductive procedute and peroperative hyperthermic chemotherapy.The type of tumor are yet to be defined. Assumed results of this treatment would be the high curability of pseudomyxoma peritonei and extension of the disease free interval in carcinomatosis peritonei cases.Prophylactic use of peroperative chemotherapy should decrease the number of recurrences. Furthermore the medical, economical and ethical criteria for this treatment should be defined in Czech republic. (en) Projekt se zabývá možnostmi léčení diseminovaného nádorového bujení v peritoneální dutině, v našich krajích zatím jednoznačně fatálním onemocněním. Dále se bude studie zabývat možnostmi hypertermické chemoterapie jako profylaxe u ca kolorekta. Některé intraperitoneálně diseminované nádory ( pseudomyxoma peritonei, solidní nádory chirurgické či gynekologické, urologické povahy ) lze dle našich zkušeností kombinovaným chirurgicko onkologickým přístupem pozitivně ovlivnit. Zamýšleným postupem je provedení peritonektomie s následnou peroperační hypertermickou chemoterapií a několikadenní pooperační laváží, což vyžaduje náročné personální a materiálové zabezpečení. Předpokládaným výstupem je kurabilita onemocnění pseudomyxoma peritonei a prodloužení disease free intervalu,resp.dlouhodobé přežívání nemocných s nádorovým postižením peritonea. Stanovení kriterií pro možnost profylaktické peroperační hypertermie u KRC.
