  • The basis of the research is the monitoring of the dynamics in S100B protein and NSE levels at an early stage of CNS damage. The aim is to evaluate possibilities of the assessment of the current condition in patients whose general condition does not permit clinical examination. The dynamism of the changes in the levels of S100B protein and NSE will be assessed at the accurately define time periods and the clinical condition will be assessed by the uniform protocols. (en)
  • Cílem je zlepšení včasné diagnostiky poškození centrálního nervového systému a zlepšení hodnocení aktuálního stavu u nemocných, jejichž celkový stav neumožňuje klinické vyšetření. Bude vyhodnocována dynamika změn hladin sérových markerů S100B a NSE dle přesně definovaných časových intervalů a klinický stav pacientů bude hodnocen dle jednotného protokolu
