Description
  • Information shows, that magnetic sinosoidal field alters leukocytes-mediated immunity, which is assessed by the LAI test. We separate CD4 lymfocytes from venous blood of patients with head and neck cancer. These CD4 lymfocytes are mixed with antigen (which is prepared according to methods). There is evaluated number of nonadherence cells after exposure magnetic field and without. The results are statistically evaluated respective of aimed questions. (en)
  • Dosavadní informace svědčí proto, že elektromagnetické sinusoidní pole ovlivňuje leukocyty mediovanou imunitu, kterou testujeme testem inhibice adherence leukocytů. Z venosní krve pacientů s karcinomy hlavy a krku separujeme CD4 lymfocyty. Ty se smíchají s, podle uvedené metodiky zhotoveným antigenem, a pak se hodnotí počet k substrátu neadherujících buněk po expozici sinusoidnímu magnetickému poli a bez ní. Získané výsledky se statisticky vyhodnocují s ohledem na cílové otázky.

  • Expozice SMP zvyšuje u pacientů s ORL karinomy schopnost adherence T lymfocytů k povrchu a to v závislosti na velikosti indukce. Z tohoto pohledu není expozice SMP škodlivá a naopak není vyloučeno, že se prokáží terapeutické možnosti SMP v onkologii. (cs)
