  • Our aim is to isolate and characterize new proteins interacting with both actin and microtubular cytoskeleton in plant cells using spectra of methods of biochemistry, molecular biology and in vivo techniques. Further, we want to understand the role of these proteins in plant development and cell and plant body polarity determination. (en)
