  • Díky grantu jsme publikovali 2 články a 11 přednášek na konferencích. Zjistili jsme, že přesto, že je hladina acetylcholinu 500x vyšší u PRiMA myší než u WT, nejsou funkčn+ mezi KO a WT zvířaty téměř rozdíly. Účinným mechanismem udržení homeostázy jsou muskarinové receptory. (cs)
  • Thanks this grant we have published 2 articles and presented 11 leactures on conferences. We have found that although there is 500 time higher level of acetylcholine in PRiMA mice than in WR, there is no functional differences. The homeostasis is achived via muscarinic receptors. (en)
