Description
  • The aim of the project is simultaneous theoretical and experimental research into mechanism affecting the charge carrier mobility and concentration in phtalocyanines and other conjugated macromolecular compounds, and exploration of the possibility of influencing these properties by polar additives. Experimental test of the possibilities of using of these materials for the construction of electronic devices. (en)
  • Cílem projektu je kombinovaný teoretický a experimentální výzkum mechanismů ovlivňujícíh pohyblivost a koncentraci nosičů náboje ve ftalocyaninech a dalších konjugovaných makromolekulárních látkách. Budou prozkoumány možnosti ovlivnění těchto vlastností polárními příměsemi. Experimentální otestování možnosti využítí těchto látek pro konstrukci elektronických prvků.
