The goal of the project is to define the role of HSP90/82 associated with its microtubule- and membrane-binding functions in plant cells. Further, using unique biochemical methods, new proteins binding both microtubules and membrane will be isolated and identified. (en)

Byl charakterizován protein HSP90 jako protein asociovaný s mikrotubuly (MT). Role HSP90 ve vazbě na MT se projevila během remodelace mikrotubulů po stresovém působení. Byl identifikován další protein interagující s MT a plazmatickou membránou - DREPP (Developmentally Regulated Plasma Membrane- Poíypeptide). (cs)
