Description
| - The pricipal aim of the project is to support cooperation with research workers in Feed Research Institute on the investigation of genotypes with prolonged vitality of leaves (stay-green). The project aims at participation of young researcher in international collaboration. Research part of the project includes the exchange and comparison of barley genotypes of Czech a Chinese provenience and concentrates on physiological parameters, grain quality and yield traits, and development of predictors model of tested protein and starch characteristics of grain by means of NIR spectroscopy. The barley cultivars of Czech a Chinese provenience will be evaluated in field experiment. The Chinese partner will perform field experiment with the same barley genotypes of barley and other experiments aimed at nutritional parameters of barley and maize. Expected results include scientific publications, data for breeders, methodological experience and innovation and proposal of common international project. (en)
- Spolupracovat na řešení projektu s pracovníky v ČLR. Vyhodnotit růstové, kvalitativní i genetické charakteristiky genotypů ječmene české a čínské provenience. Získat nové vědecké a metodické poznatky v oblasti aplikace NIRs a studia životnosti listů.

| - V polním pokusu bylo ve 2 letech porovnáno 16 odrůd jar.ječmene evropského (5 českých,1 dánská) a čínského původu(10).Byla určena variabilita znaků odrůd. Rozdíly byly pozorovány především v rychlosti vývoje, obsahu prvků a chlorofylu, životnosti listů a HTS. Rozsah většiny znaků byl u čínských odrůd větší než u evropských. Další spolupráce s Feed Res.Inst.(ČLR)se zaměří na vybrané okruhy. (cs)
- European (5 Czech, 1 Danish) and Chinese cultivars (10) of spring barley were compared in two-year field experiment. The significant differences of concentration of macro nutrients and chlorophyle, the vitality of leaves,grain yield, TGW, grain size distribution at the two groups of cultivars were found. Further collaboration with Feed Res.Institut in Peking will be targeted on selected problems. (en)
