Description
  • In the continuous flow cultivation of Vibrio cholerae (non-toxigenic) along with algae or cyanobacteria, and in the experiments with phytoplankton and zooplankton, the relationship between colonisation of phytoplankton, enzymatic (acetylglucosaminidase) activity and the growth of bacterium will be estimated. In situ colonisation of the phytoplankton will be quantified via cultivation- and immunofluorescence methods in the samples taken in the selected localities (Mexico). The relationship between the seasonal Vibrio cholerae appearance in the sediment and/or in the water column and the explosive growth of cyanobacteria should be estimate. (en)
  • Stanovit v kontinuální kultivaci Vibrio cholerae (nepatogenní) s oasami nebo sinicemi a v experimentech s fytoplanktonem a zooplanktonem vztah kolonizace fytoplanktonu, enzymatické (N-acetylglukosaminidázové) aktivity a růstu bakterie. Na vybraných lokalitách (Mexiko) kvantifikovat in situ kolonizaci fytoplanktonu vibriem (kultivačně i imunofluoresceneně). Stanovit vztah sezonního výskytu Vibrio cholerae v sedimentu a ve vodním sloupci k masovému výskytu sinic.
