Description
  • The project goal is to elucidate, in collaboration with the European infrastructure Instruct, principles of function of selected target enzymes and receptors based on structural studies, to design protein modifications for the purpose of altered properties and suggest inhibitors of function as potential lead compounds of new drugs. Achieved results will have impact in biotechnological applications and in fight against cancer, fungal diseases or against pathogens such as leishmania, legionella or trypanosoma. (en)
