  • The aim of the project is identification of metabolic changes in tissues of ash tree (Fraxinus excelsior) induced by invasive fungal pathogen Hymenoscyphus pseudoalbidus and the comparison of the metabolic response of genotypes with different resistence against the patogen. The following tasks will be investigated: 1) metabolic response of ash tree to fungal pathogen infection in vitro (1. and 2. period) 2) specificity of the reaction of ash tree to H. pseudoalbidus attack (2. period) 3) metabolic response of ash tree genotypes with various sensitivity in conditions in vitro and in vivo cultures (2. a 3. period) 4) morfological differences in infection development amog ash tree genotypes with various sensitivity to H. pseudoalbidus (1. and 3. period) (en)
  • Cílem projektu je identifikace metabolických změn v pletivech jasanu vyvolaných invazním patogenem Hymenoscyphus pseudoalbidus a jejich porovnání v genotypech s různou rezistencí vůči patogenu. Budou zkoumány: 1) metabolická odezva jasanu ztepilého na infekci houbovými patogeny in vitro (1. a 2. etapa) 2) specificita reakce jasanu na napadení H. pseudoalbidus (2. etapa) 3) metabolická odezva genotypů jasanu s různou senzitivitou v podmínkách in vitro (2. a 3. etapa) 4) morfologické rozdíly v průběhu infekce u genotypů jasanu s různou odolností vůči H. pseudoalbidus (1. a 2. etapa)
