  • The aims othis project are: 1. To identify composition and function of complexes containing tubulins and signalling molecules in activated mast cells. 2. To characterize gamma-tubulin interactions with phosphoinositide-3-kinase and Src family kinases. 3. To find inhibitors and enhancers of microtubule formation during degranulation and chemotaxis in mast cells of mouse and human origin. (en)
  • Cílem projektu je 1. Určit složení a funkci komplexů obsahujících tubulin a signální molelkuly v aktivovaných žírných buňkách. 2. Charakterizovat interakce gama-tubulinu s fosfoinositid-3-kinázou a protein tyrosin kinázami Src rodiny. 3. Určit nové modulátorz (inhibitory/aktivátory) tvorby mikrotubulů při degranulaci a chemotaxi u myších a lidských žírných buněk.
