Description	We expect to gain new knowledge about the current transformation methods and data processing for the implementation of the legislation. The project will apply and experimentally verify the possibility of transmitting the required genetic information into the genome of forest trees. It evaluated the risk of transformation and standardized methodology transfer. The results obtained will also help to increase awareness of the use of genetically modified trees and the international exchange of information within the COST Action FP0905. (en) Získání nových a aktuálních poznatků o transformačních metodách a zpracování podkladů pro jejich implementaci do legislativních předpisů. V rámci projektu budou aplikovány a experimentálně ověřeny možnosti přenosu požadované genetické informace do genomu lesních dřevin, vyhodnocena rizika přenosu a standardizovány metodiky přenosu. Dosažené výsledky také přispějí k rozšíření znalostí o uplatnění geneticky modifikovaných dřevin díky mezinárodní výměně informací v rámci akce COST FP0905.
