Description	The investigation of the role of turbulence is one of the main tasks in solar-terrestrial physics. Solar wind fluctuations exhibit multiscale intermittent properties. For proper description of non-Gaussian fluctautions high order statistics is needed.There exists increasing evidence that the non-Gaussian features influence the level of the solar wind-magnetosphere coupling. Our primary aim is to investigate the correlations between the fluctuations and the mean values of some geoeffective parameters in order to understand better the relative contribution of intermittence to the efficiency of solar wind-magnetosphere coupling. The results of this analysis will be used for an improvement of the model for forecasting of magnetospheric and ionospheric response to the changes in solar wind and further for studying the propagations of electromagnetic waves in magnetospheric and outer ionospheric plasma to help in numerical simulations (ray tracing). (en) Výzkum role turbulence je jedním z hlavních úkolů fyziky vztahů Slunce-Země. Fluktuace slunečního větru vykazují multiškálové intermitentní vlastnosti. Tyto fluktuace mohou být popsané pouze negaussovskou statistikou vyšších řádů. Ukazuje se, že tyto negaussovské vlastnosti ovlivňují stupeň vazby sluneční vítr-magnetosféra. Cílem projektu je vyšetřit korelace mezi fluktuacemi a středními hodnotami některých geoefektivních parametrů pro lepší pochopení relativního příspěvku intermitence na učinnost vazby sluneční vítr-magnetosféra. Výsledky této analýzy budou využity ke zlepšení modelu předpovědi odezvy systému magnetosféra-vnější ionosféra na změny ve slunečním větru a dále na studium šíření elektromagnetických vln v plazmě magnetosféry a vnější ionosféry a při numerických simulacích (ray tracing).
