Description	In the last decades big landscape and nature changes came to existence under the influence of the man´s activities that damaged the ecological stability of landscape and influenced ist appearance in a negative way. Many meadows disappeared that had been unreasonable ploughed and had changed to arable land. Even preserved meadow communities are threatened by two extreme ways of management - wery high intensification or without managing. Both extremes influenced negatively the biodiversity of original communities. Come-back to natural flower grasslans may be effective supported with reseeding of wild grasses and herbs. Reformatory measures aiming again the original grassland community are slow and difficult. We suppose that we could support the return tothe original wide species variability by reseeding the wild grass species and herbs taken from the seed collecting on still preserved localities in the same phytogeographic region. (en) Vlivem činnosti člověka ubylo v naší krajině v posledních desetiletích značné množství luk rozoráním na ornou půdu. Zbývající luční společenstva byla degradována nevyhovujícím managementem - intenzifikací či zánikem hospodaření. Návrat luk k původnímu druhově pestrému stavu je možno podpořit přísevem planých druhů trav a dvouděložných bylin, získaných sběrem semen na zachovalých lokalitách v téže fytogeografické oblasti, a jejich namnožením. Podmínkou je vytvoření příslušných regionálních kolekcí semen především pro území chráněných krajinných oblastí s dosud existujícími enklávami květnatých luk. Namnožení dostatečného množství osiva planých populací trav a bylin je důležitým krokem k obnovení přirozených travních porostů, které mají nezastupitelné místo pro ekologickou stabilitu krajiny.
