Description	The project will bring new information and expand the existing knowledge acquired by historical and legal research of the changes in ownership and other property-related relations in the Czech Lands from 1945 to 1960 and their political connections and motivations. The project will also contribute to better knowledge of the development of this segment of the state policy, in particular from 1945 to 1960, and to an expansion of the knowledge on the nature, activities and structure of the institutions which were performing and organizing these activities. It also aims to contribute to improving the knowledge concerning the competition of post-war political parties for the influence in these institutions and also on how ideological issues were reflected in the changes of ownership relations. Results of the project will also find a broad application internationally, as they can be used for comparisons of analogous developments in post-war Europe. The project’s deliverables will include a monograph, thematic studies, a workshop and thematic sets of selected documents. (en) Projekt přinese nové a rozšíří dosavadní poznatky historického a právního výzkumu v oblasti proměn vlastnických a dalších majetkových vztahů v českých zemích v letech 1945-1960 a jejich politických souvislostí a motivací. Přispěje též k prohloubení poznání a vývoje této oblasti státní politiky po roce 1945 a k dalšímu rozšíření poznatků o charakteru, činnosti a struktuře institucí, které tuto sledovanou činnost prováděly a organizovaly. Též chce přispět k dalšímu poznání příslušných právních změn. Pozornost též bude věnována i soupeření poválečných politických stran o prosazení vlivu v těchto institucích a jak se ideologické otázky promítly v proměnách majetkových vztahů. Významné uplatnění budou mít výsledky výzkumu i v mezinárodním měřítku ve smyslu možné komparace analogického vývoje v rámci poválečné Evropy. Hlavními výsledky budou monografie, podkladové studie, workshop, tematické soubory vybraných dokumentů.
