The main aim of the project is to use organometallic and coordination compounds containing Sn(II and IV), Zn(II) and Al(III) with hemilabile coordinating ligands for catalysis of different reactions where carbon dioxide will be used as a cheap and environmentally friendly substrate to produce industrially important commodities. The reactions are as follows: formation of cyclic, linear, and poly-carbonates from epoxides or alcohols, reactions leading to carbamates via catalyzed reactions of carbon dioxide and/or carbonate with alkyl halides or alcohols and primary or secondary amines and catalyzed carboxylation of various substrates including alkoxyphenols and heterocycles by CO2. Cílem projektu je prozkoumat uskutečnitelnost reakcí vedoucích k průmyslově významným komoditám z oxidu uhličitého jako levného a z hlediska životního prostředí výhodného substrátu za katalýzy organokovovými a komplexními sloučeninami.
