| Description
| - *The project Pilot plant for manufacturing the nanoparticles of oxides and mixed oxides of Zr, Ti, Al, Li and Mn concentrates on applied research of the manufacturing of nanoparticles with well-defined properties and on the scale-up of nanoparticle manufacturing from the laboratory to the pilot plant scale. The model pilot plant constructed in the framework of this project shall produce nanoparticles in amounts required for the market evolution and for the development of consumer products. The effect of manufacturing parameters on the quality of produced nanoparticles is going to be thoroughly investigated by utilization of modern techniques for the analysis of nanoparticle dispersions and techniques of microscopy imaging of individual nanoparticle aggregates. Advanced techniques of meso-scale mathematical modeling will be employed in the scale-up of the process.Analyzer of concentration and quality of nanoparticles at industr. process conditions is planned asan important by-product of this project. - *Tento Pilotní projekt pro výrobu nanočástic oxidů a směsných oxidů Zr, Ti, Al, Li a Mn je zaměřen na aplikovaný výzkum výroby nanočástic definovaných vlastností a na přenos zkušeností s výrobou nanočástic z laboratorního do poloprovozního měřítka. Po výstavbě modelové poloprovozní linky budou produkovány nanočástice v množství potřebném pro vývoj trhu a spotřebitelských produktů. V rámci projektu bude podrobně charakterizována závislost kvality nanočástic na parametrech výrobního procesu s využitím moderních technik pro analýzu dispersí nanočástic a zobrazovacích technik jednotlivých agregátů nanočástic. Ke zvětšování měřítka procesu budou využity pokročilé techniky meso-skopického matematického modelování. Důležitým vedlejším produktem projektu bude analyzátor koncentrace a kvality nanočástic využitelný v průmyslových podmínkách.
