| - Hlavním cílem je podpora aktivit spojených s přípravou komercializace výsledků VaV, včetně vytvoření podpůrné infrastruktury. Konkrétním cílem prováděným na vybraných pilotních aktivitách bude příprava komercializace výsledků v minulém roce ukončených interních projektů podpořených z institucionální podpory. Cíle bude dosaženo tehdy, podaří-li se ve stanoveném čase a v rámci stanoveného rozpočtu: - ověřit potenciál komercializace vzhledem k současnému vývoji trhu a jeho potřeb - určit potřebnost a druh ochrany vytvořeného know-how - ověřit výhodnost komercializace produktu v horizontu trvání ochrany produktu, včetně identifikace vhodného trhu - připravit individuální strategii komercializace produktu včetně harmonogramu a rozpočtu - vytvořit fungující, jasně definovanou infrastrukturu schopnou provádět činnosti související s vyhledáváním a transferem technologií formou komercializace Zmíněné cíle se odrazí ve výsledcích projektu následovně: - vytvoření týmu specialistů schopného připravit individuální plán ochrany a následné komercializace produktu VaV výsledků výzkumné organizace - prohloubí se existujícího know-how z oblasti nakládání s duševním vlastnictvím, a to jednak obecné, získané ze školení a jednak konkrétní, získané z realizace daných individuálních aktivit - vytvoří se kontakty potřebných ke komercializaci (úřady, certifikační orgány, odběratelé) výsledků - případně se začlení CV Řež a projektu SUSEN do aktivit Evropského inovačního institutu a naleznou se možnosti pro twinning nebo/a teaming s evropskými organizacemi - komercializují se výsledky popisovaných individuálních aktivit či se zjistí, že dané výsledky není možné či výhodné komercializovat
- The main objective is to support activities associated with the preparation of commercialization of R&D results, incl. the creation of the support infrastructure. The specific objective to be achieved on selected pilot activities will be the preparation for commercialization of results of the internal projects funded from institutional support completed during last year. The objective will be achieved when within specified time constraints and budget: - the commercialization potential will be verified with respect to current market development and needs - the necessity and type of protection of the created know-how will be defined - the benefit of product commercialization for the duration of product protection will be verified, including identification of appropriate market - the individual strategy of product commercialization will be prepared including time schedule and budget - establish a well defined infrastructure capable of performing activities related to technology search and transfer in the form of commercialization The mentioned goals will be reflected in the project results as follows: - a team of specialists will be established capable of preparing an individual plan of protection and subsequent commercialization of the product of the research organisation R&D results - existing know-how in the field of treatment of intellectual property, both general, obtained from training, and specific, obtained from the implementation of the individual activities concerned will be deepened - contacts needed for commercialization (authorities, certification bodies, consumers) will be establish - possible integration of CV Řež and the SUSEN project into the EIT be established and partners for twinning and/or teaming with European organisations will be found - results of the individual activities described will be commercialised or it will be found that the results concerned cannot or are not convenient to be commercialised.
