Description	The project focuses on the interpretation and diagnostics of the solar EUV and X-ray spectra under the recent knowledge about non-thermal distributions. Existing and newly proposed diagnostics for non-thermal distributions will be used for the determination of the solar plasma parameters. The synthetic spectra for the non-thermal conditions in solar flares will be calculated and compared with observations. Observational evidence of the occurrence of non-thermal distributions in solar atmosphere and flares will be gathered and the theoretical consequences will be studied. The relation of the diagnosed degree of non-thermality to the local physical conditions and the activity level will be analyzed. To do this, the EUV spectra from EIS/HINODE, SUMER/SOHO, EVE/SDO, and filtergrams from AIA/SDO will be used together with the RHESSI X-ray data and ground-based observations. Atomic data in our modification of CHIANTI for non-thermal spectra will be updated and our modification will be publicly available. (en) Projekt se zaměřuje na interpretaci a diagnostiku slunečního EUV a RTG spektra ve vztahu k nedávným poznatkům o netermálních distribucích. Existující i nově navržené diagnostické techniky pro netermální distribuce budou použity k určení parametrů slunečního plazmatu. Budou vypočtena syntetická spektra za předpokladu nerovnovážných a netermálních podmínek v erupcích a porovnány s pozorovaním. Budou posouzeny pozorovací důkazy výskytu netermálních distribucí ve sluneční atmosféře a v erupcích a budou studovány jejich teoretické důsledky. Diagnostikovaný stupeň netermálnosti bude diskutován ve vztahu k lokálním podmínkám a úrovni aktivity. Aby se toho dosáhlo, k analýze budou použity EUV spektra EIS/HINODE, SUMER/SOHO, EVE/SDO, filtrogramy z AIA/SDO společně s RTG daty z RHESSI a pozemních pozorování. Bude provedena aktualizace atomových dat v naší modifikaci CHIANTI pro výpočet netermálních spekter. Modifikaci CHIANTI rozšíříme o výpočet netermálního kontinua a zpřístupníme široké veřejnosti.
