  • V předložené práci jsou popsány nové analogy transplatiny, u nichž byla jedna aminoskupina nahrazena alifatickým a druhá planárním heterocyklickým ligandem. Tato záměna má za následek radikální zvýšení aktivity transplatiny v nádorových buněčných liniích a to i u těch, které jsou rezistentní k cisplatině. Biochemická a biofyzikální analýza interakcí DNA s novými komplexy popsaná v této práci ukazuje, že vazba studovaných komplexů modifikuje DNA způsobem, který je odlišný od působení protinádorově neefektivní transplatiny a také od působení protinádorově aktivních transplatinových analogů, u nichž byla zaměněna pouze jedna skupina.   • We report in the present work new analogues of transplatin in which one ammine group was replaced by aliphatic and the other by the planar heterocyclic ligand. This replacement results in a radical enhancement of activity of transplatin in tumor cell lines both sensitive and resistant to cisplatin. The biochemical and biophysical analysis of DNa interactions with the new compounds described in this report provides experimental support for the view that the binding of these complexes modifies DNA in a way which is different from that by transplatin and in several features also from other antitumor analogues of transplatin in which only one ammine group was replaced.
