Description
| - Amperometric biosensors were developed on the basis of stationary mercury-film and glassy–carbon electrodes and DNA or its fragments, oligodeoxynucleotides (ODNs), immobilized in a nitrocellulose matrix. A procedure was proposed for the voltammetric determination of coper and iron ions in natural materials and blood serum. An ODN-containing biosensor (DNA probe) was used in the study of DNA hybridization for the highly specific determination of its nucleotide sequence.

- Byly vyvinuty amperometrické biosenzory na bázi stacionárních rtuťových filmových elektrod nebo elektrod ze skelného uhlíku a DNA nebo jejích fragmentů, oligonukleotidů (ODN), imobilizovaných v nitrocelulózové matrici. Byla navržena procedura pro stanovení iontů mědi nebo železa v přírodních materiálech a krevním séru. Biosenzor obsahující ODN (jako DNA sondu) byl použit při studiu využití hybridizace DNA pro vysoce specifické stanovení její nukleotidové sekvence. (cs)
