  • Studie je zaměřena na stříbrnou pevnou amalgámovou elektrodu modifikovanou rtuťovým meniskem (m-AgSAE). Po její úspěšné aplikaci na stanovení těžkých kovů ve vodných roztocích pomocí diferenční pulsní anodické rozpouštěcí voltametrie (DPARV), následovalo její použití v komplikovanější matrici. Byly použity čtyři různé referenční materiály rostlinného původu (bílé zelí, jílek, lilek a vojtěška) a obdržené výsledky obsahující Cd, Cu a Pb byly srovnávány jak s certifikovanými referenčními hodnotami a s výsledky obdrženými DPARV za pomoci HMDE a AAS. Statistické zhodnocení potvrdilo dobrou korelaci mezi výsledky všech tří metod a stejně tak s referenčními hodnotami. (cs)

Four different reference materials of plant origin were used White Cabbage, Rye Grass, Aubergine and Lucerne, and the obtained results of Cd, Cu and Pb contents were compared both with (certified) reference values and with results obtained by DPASV with HMDE and by AAS. Statistical evaluation confirmed good correlation between results of all three methods used and as well as with reference values.
