Description	Reduction in the yield of abstraction wells due to their chemical or biological fouling leads either to the need to close these wells and drill other others or optimally to regenerate them. Tools like hydrochemical modelling of chemical and microbiological analyzes, solid phase analysis, well-logging and measurement and television inspections will be used to better identify the reasons for loss of yield of the abstraction wells and possible changes in their water chemistry. A complex of diagnostic methods will be tested on selected types of wells. Among other things, optimization of well-logging methods and TV inspections are required to achieve the objectives. A methodology will also be developed for verifying the effectiveness of the measures, after regeneration of the well. Diagnosis of the reasons of the worsening of well parameters and monitoring the success of the measures taken will be performed with regard to the regeneration of not only of abstraction wells but also other types of wells (monitoring, remediation, infiltration wells). (en) Snižování vydatnosti jímacích objektů vlivem jejich chemického či biologického zanášení vede k nutnosti tyto objety buďto uzavřít a vybudovat jiné, či optimálně regenerovat. S využitím nástrojů hydrochemického modelování chemických a mikrobiologických analýz, analýz pevné fáze, karotážních měření a televizních prohlídek bude možné lépe identifikovat důvody ztráty vydatnosti jímacích vrtů a případných změn chemismu vody v jímacích vrtech. Komplex diagnostických metod bude ověřen na vybraných typových vrtech. Pro dosažení cíle se předpokládá mimo jiné optimalizace karotážní metodiky a TV prohlídek pro tyto účely. Bude rovněž vyvinuta metodika pro ověření účinnosti zásahu -po regeneraci vrtu. Diagnostika důvodů zhoršených parametrů vrtů a kontroly úspěšnosti zásahu bude vyvinuta s ohledem na to, aby byla použitelná nejen ve vrtech jímacích, ale v jiných typech vrtů (vrty monitorovací, sanační, vsakovací objekty).
