Description	The aim of the project is to implement measuring the transcutaneous oxymetry (TcpO2) in treatment of patients with foot ulceration and suspect peripheral vascular disease with or without diabetes. In these pacients we want to evaluate the importance of TcpO2 assessment for: 1/ prognosis of lesion healing, 2/ indication of vascular intervention, and to compare patients with or without diabetes. We also want to compare application of transcutaneous oxymetry with results of ultrasonographic vascular examinaton. (en) Cílem projektu je zavést měření transkutánní tenze kyslíku v léčebném postupu pacientů s defektem na dolních končetinách, se suspektní ICHDK, s diabetem i bez diabetu. U těchto pacientů chceme posoudit význam stanovení TcpO2: 1/ pro prognózu hojení defektů, 2/ pro indikaci cévní intervence, a porovnat vzájemně diabetiky a nediabetiky. Dále chceme posoudit i shodu s ultrazvukovým vyšetřením cév.
