Description	To compare two minimum-invasive surgical methods of tension-free vaginal tapes for the solution of stress urinary incontinence in women participating in a prospective randomized study (transobturatory inside-out TVT-O, single incision tape Ajust) To compare particular surgical techniques, safety and technique of implementation, as well as occurrence of postoperative complications. On the basis of the findings ascertained, to determine the most effective surgical method with the highest success rate and at the same time the lowest occurrence of perioperative and postoperative complications. To describe and evaluate tape placement and mobility of the tape in both methods in relation to treatment outcome. (en) Porovnání dvou miniinvazivních operačních metod - tahuprostých vaginálních pásek k řešení stresové inkontinence moči u žen v randomizované prospektivní studii (transobturatorní TVT- O, single incision páska Ajust) Porovnání jednotlivých operačních technik, bezpečnosti a techniky provedení, výskytu pooperačních komplikací. Na základě získaných poznatků určit efektivnější operační metodu s vysokou úspěšností a zároveň s nejnižším výskytem perioperačních a poooperačních komplikací. Popsat a posoudit uložení a mobilitu pásky u obou metod ve vztahu k výsledku léčby.
