  • Renin-angiotenzinový systém hraje důležitou úlohu v regulaci krevního tlaku, renálních a kardiovaskulárních funkcí. V rámci renin-angiotenzinového systému existuje %22vazokonstrikční rameno%22, reprezentované tvorbou a degradací ANG II, a %22vazodilatační rameno%22, jehož představitelem je ANG(1-7). Případná nerovnováha mezi těmito rameny může vést ke vzniku hypertenze či hypotenze. Tato studie by měla objasnit naše tvrzení, že deficit ve vazodilatační ose ACE2 – ANG(1-7) – Mas r. zhoršuje renovaskulární hypertenzi a naopak její stimulace průběh hypertenze zmírňuje. Deficit i zvýšená aktivita této osy budou navozeny farmakologicky či geneticky.
  • The renin-angiotensin system (RAS) plays the important role in the regulation of blood pressure, renal and cardiovascular functions. Within the RAS two axes exist: %22vasoconstrictor axis%22 represented by production and degradation of ANG II and %22vasodilatory axis%22 whose representative is ANG(1-7). Any disbalance between these two axes should lead to the development of hypertension or hypotension. This study should clarify our hypothesis that the deficit in vasodilatory ACE2 - ANG(1-7) - Mas r. axis worsen renovascular hypertension and the stimulation of this axis attenuates the course of renovascular hypertension. Deficit or stimulation of these axes will be induced pharmacologically or genetically. (en)
