Description
  • This project concerns reprogramming somatic cells into pluripotent cells by micro RNA induction. Three cell lines will be transfected with miRNA. The success in reprogramming will be validated by reporter gene driven by pluripotent marker and by next validation of pluripotency will be done by microarrays. Neural differentiation will be performed according to standardized protocol. (en)
  • Tento projekt se zabývá reprogramováním somatických buněk na buňky pluripotentní pomocí indukce microRNA. Celkem budou miRNA transfekovány 3 buněčné linie. Úspěšnost indukce bude hodnocena pomocí reportérového genu spojeného s pluripotentním promotorem. Pluripotence bude hodnocena také pomocí microarrays. Čistá populace pluripotentích buněk bude izolována pomací FACS. Nervová diferenciace bude prováděna pomocí standardizovaného protokolu.
