Description	Recent studies show an increase in the development of defects of reproductive organs, and a decrease in the sperm quality - these are symptomps of one underlying entity - the dysgenesis syndrome. To examine the expression level of acrosome-, androgen-, heat shock-, ubiquitin- and apoptosis-related genes by semiquantitative RT-PCR in the samples of testicular biopsies of infertile men. To find the differences in localization of sperm, cytoskeletal and heat shock proteins in the sperm and seminal plasma between healthy and subfertile men by specific antibodies. To assess the relationship between gene expression in testes and sperm and seminal plasma proteins detection and to develop new methods and tools for objective and sensitive diagnosis of male infertility. (en) Poslední studie ukazují na zvyšující se nárůst defektů mužských reprodukčních orgánů a snižování kvality spermatu - tyto faktory byly popsány jako %22Testicular dysgenesis syndrom%22 TDS. Zjistit expresi genů kódujících vybrané proteiny (akrosomální-, androgenní- %22heat shock%22-, ubiquitin- apoptotické-) v testes neplodných mužů pomocí semikvantitativní RT-PCR. Zjistit rozdíly v detekci/lokalizaci vybraných proteinů (povrchových a intra-akrosomálních, cytoskeletálních a %22heat shock%22 proteinů) na spermiích a v semenné plasmě u mužů s normálním a patologickým spermiogramem. Zjistit vztah mezi expresí genů v testes a detekcí proteinů na spermiích, určit biomarkery poškození. Vyvinout nové metody a nástroje pro objektivní a citlivou diagnostiku mužské neplodnosti.
