Zhodnocení exprese VEGF v primárním nádoru a séru a jeho korelace v predikci mikrometastáz a metastáz u časných stadií karcinomu vulvy a hrdla. Vypracování optimálního managementu léčby u žen v závislosti na nových prognostických faktorech primárního nádoru a sentinelových uzlin. Vypracování protokolu radikalitu redukujících výkonů u sentinel negativních žen.
