Description	In the frame of this project the laboratory parameters will be studied which can be changed in dependence to the state of thyroid gland in groups women characterized by the type and state of mamma and in women after hysterectomy and ovariectomy. The patients will be treated. The studied laboratory parameters will be controlled again after euthyroid state will be achieved and in women substituted by estradiol after 2-month treatment. The aim of the study is to select the risk groups of women endangered more or less by the diseases of thyroid or breast gland. (en) Budeme studovat řadu laboratorních parametrů, které se mohou měnit v závislosti na stavu štítné žlázy, ve skupinách žen charakterizovaných podle stavu a typu žlázy prsní a u žen po hysterektomii s nefunkčními vaječníky. Pacientky budou léčeny. Sledované laboratorní parametry budou kontrolovány po dosažení eutyroidního stavu a u žen substituovaných estradiolem po nejméně 2-měsíční léčbě. Cílem je určit rizikové skupiny žen které jsou více či méně ohrožené onemocněním prsní nebo štítné žlázy.
